Return & Exchange Policy

At KSHS, we are committed to ensuring you love your loungewear. We understand that sometimes a fit might not be perfect or a style might not meet your expectations. To keep our process efficient for you, we offer a 7-day return and exchange window from the date of delivery. If you need a second exchange for the same order, it must be initiated within 48 hours of the first exchange delivery and will incur a nominal processing fee of ₹200. Please note that an order can be exchanged a maximum of two times, and once a product has been exchanged, it is no longer eligible for a subsequent return or refund.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your KSHS products must be in their original, pristine condition—unused, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact. We also require the original invoice or proof of purchase to process your request. You can easily initiate your request through our Returns Portal on the website or via your registered account's order history page. Once your request is accepted, we will coordinate a reverse pickup from your address for your convenience.

Every returned item undergoes a strict quality inspection at our warehouse. Upon successful completion of this check, we will ship your exchange product or initiate your refund. For prepaid orders, the refund will be credited back to your original payment method. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, the refund will be processed to the bank account details you provide during the return request. Please allow 7 working days for the refund to reflect in your account once the product is approved.

If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately so we can make it right. Please remember that orders can only be cancelled before they are dispatched from our warehouse.

Important Note: Products purchased during a Sale or using special promotional codes are eligible for Exchanges only; no returns or refunds will be processed for these items. Additionally, for all COD returns, the original shipping charges are non-refundable.
